SEATTLE, Oct. 25, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Madison Bay Holdings, Inc., (Pink Sheets:MDBY) a manufacturer and distributor of recreational vehicles, powerboats, and leisure watercrafts, is pleased to announce the formation of Solar Tech Design Group as a new division within the Company. Solar Tech Design Group will provide "in house" design, development and engineering services for all divisions of Madison Bay Holdings as well as outside clients.
Additionally, the new division, Solar Tech Design Group has contracted the services of Jeff Shaw, a leading industrial design and mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace, automotive and marine industries. Mr. Shaw was the original designer of the Stiletto Coach for Summit Coaches and has worked with a number of prestigious companies such as Boeing Aircraft Co., Daimler Benz-Chrysler, McDonald Douglas, and PacCar.
Ricardo Ruelos, Chairman and CEO of Madison Bay Holdings, commented, "Having a talented design team will expand the comprehensive scope of our services within the marine and recreational vehicle industries and ensure future revenue streams. Jeff has an extensive background working with both commercial and military projects including involvement as a structural engineer on the McDonald Douglas C-17 Jet."

Jeff Shaw is a graduate of Stanford University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering as well as the Art Center College of Design, in Pasadena, California, one of the most recognized automotive and industrial design institutions in the world.
