NAPLES, Fla., Nov. 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Industrial Nanotech Inc. (Pink Sheets:INTK) is pleased to announce that the Company has received an 800 gallon order for Nansulate Translucent from one of the Company's international distributors.
The distributor, Kologen Ltd., located in Istanbul, Turkey, had placed an original order from Industrial Nanotech in early September. Kologen Ltd. is a well known textile equipment supplier with clients consisting of numerous textile plants and dye houses throughout Turkey. Dr. Vedat Bilgin of Kologen conducted his own independent laboratory and surface application examinations of Nansulate coatings, concluding that Nansulate is one of only a few insulative coatings that can adequately provide insulation and corrosion protection at extreme temperatures.
Dr. Vedat Bilgin, Manager of Kologen, commented, "I believe that there is a large untapped market for Nansulate High Heat in the industrial world, particularly in dye houses. Based upon the in depth testing conducted, I realized the tremendous potential of Nansulate for use at industrial sites, specifically in areas where traditional insulation materials would not work or could not be applied. Also, energy costs are much higher in Turkey than in the U.S. so the application of Nansulate High Heat will pay for itself in energy savings in a very short time period. I look forward to marketing Industrial Nanotech's Nansulate coatings throughout Turkey and other areas of Eastern Europe."
"We are pleased to have a relatively new distributor make such a significant purchase for an industry sector we have not worked with yet and in a region that is experiencing tremendous economic growth," states Francesca Crolley, VP of Operations & Marketing. "It is typical for our Company to be approached by someone like Dr. Bilgin who is familiar with an industry and geographical region that we are not familiar with, and quickly recognizes the substantial benefits of Nansulate's performance characteristics in their region. It is this type of entrepreneurship and vision that continues to fuel the international growth of Industrial Nanotech and increases our market penetration worldwide."
A typical dye house has a minimum of 20-30 dyeing machines which range in capacities from a few hundred litres to several tons of liquid holding capacity. Throughout production, these machines and their contents are heated to a temperature range between 60-135 C through direct steam injection or a heat-exchanger. Nansulate High Heat can insulate and protect against corrosion at temperatures ranging from -40 C to 204 C.
