As previously announced, Interland is moving from its past practice of reporting on a fiscal year ending August 31 to a conventional calendar reporting year beginning on January 1, 2006. As a result, the company reported financial results for the quarter ending November 30, 2005 on January 9, 2006 and now again on February 9, 2006 for the four month transition period ending December 31, 2005.
A conference call to discuss the results of the transition period will be held at 9:30AM ET following the announcement.
