SHREVEPORT, La., March 2, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- StockPickReport.Com (IARD #119079), rates Cisco Systems (Nasdaq:CSCO), Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE:XOM), EMC Corporation (NYSE:EMC), and Juniper Networks (Nasdaq:JNPR)
The market continues to be choppy. "Up and down" or "directionless" are words to describe most stocks this week. Yesterday was up strong but the week, as a whole showed little movement. CSCO, however, is up for the last day, week, and month. We think that there could be more to that trend ahead. But, our "weak buy" rating is an indication that any upside is limited. Prepare stop/losses if CSCO's uptrend reverses.
The story is basically the same for EMC and Juniper. Although we like Juniper's chances for a short-term rise over EMC, they are both in "lukewarm" territory. We believe there are better stocks available. Likewise, Exxon Mobil is just technically overbought at the moment. We will not be surprised to see a pullback that allows short-sellers to profit nicely.
