Energy Vision International to Trade Under New Symbol: EGVI


OXFORD, Miss., March 2, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Energy Vision International (formerly DeMarco Energy Systems of America, Inc.) (Pink Sheets:DMES), a rapidly growing diversified energy company, announced today its new name and ticker symbol will be active March 3rd 2006.

Energy Vision International (EVI) is now the official trading name of the company. Shareholders and investors can track the stock under the new trading symbol: EGVI effective March 3, 2006.

EVI will continue the promotion and sales of its patented geothermal heating and cooling systems under the 'DeMarco Energy' brand in its wholly-owned subsidiary, DeMarco Energy Systems. All stockholders will retain their present holdings and have pro rata ownership in all EVI companies.

The name change expands EVI's corporate image and enhances awareness within the energy sector. It also serves to align its new image more closely to its new expanded business plan of strategic acquisitions.
