110 Media Group, Inc. Appoints Technology Pioneers Mobley and Forde to Chairman and CEO

Empowering a New Wave of Operators with Everything Needed to Easily Open and Profitably Run Their Business on the Internet

ORLANDO, Fla., March 6, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- 110 Media Group, Inc. (OTCBB:ONTN) the leader in dynamic do-it-yourself consumer web site and commercial portal development, today announced the following changes in executive management and board of directors pursuant to the merger completion with Global Portals Online, Inc. earlier this year.

William Mobley, currently Chief Executive Officer, will assume the role of Chairman of the Board. Mobley has had an extensive background in technology leadership for Nextelligence, Inc., MegaMedia Networks, Inc., and World Commerce Online, Inc. (OTCBB:WCOL) where he founded and served as President. World Commerce Online pioneered the e-commerce business-to-business sector from 1994-2000. Wall Street was quick to see the investment potential -- World Commerce gave investors over a 5,000 percent return (.50 -$28 plus) in the months following its debut on the Nasdaq Bulletin Board, prior to his departure in 1999.

Andre Forde, currently Vice President of Global Portals Online, Inc., will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer and President of 110 Media Group, Inc. Forde also has an extensive background in technology, specifically do-it-yourself web site builders. Forde was the founder of ImageCafe.com, which was acquired by Network Solutions, Inc. (NSI) a Verisign, Inc. company in Nov. 1999 for $25 million.

Mobley stated, "The board has taken these actions to recognize Mr. Forde for the leadership he has provided in developing our core technology and business strategy. We are also very excited to make room for new high-profile executive appointments that will be announced over the next few months."

Darren Cioffi relinquishes his role as interim CEO and will immediately fill the Chief Financial Officer position, having specialized for over ten years with consulting public companies on SEC accounting/filing, Sarbane's Oxley and standard compliance measures.

Forde stated, "We are very excited about the next 24 months, as much as AOL provides ease-of-use and removes fear of the Internet for the non-technical personal-user market, our new product lines offers immediate, complete, easy, and affordable web business to a massive non-technical market of small proprietors and entrepreneurs."
