TAMPA, Fla., March 20, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Internal Hydro International Inc. (OTCBB:IHDR) (www.InternalHydro.com) announces that the product specification sheets for the Energy Commander V (EC V) low impact hydro energy production units being supplied to contracted parties show an energy unit in production that will be able to supply a constant 30 kilowatts of constantly available electricity in many applications at the low volumes given by multiple end users to IHDR. Given the projected rollout of production units of the Energy Commander (EC) units in the second quarter of 2006, market placement in numerous sectors of industrial and natural flow sources is set in place. With the projected revenue per unit domestically being approximately $17,500.00 per year in available revenue in the domestic U.S. market, the unit's engineered specifications will make it adaptable to the numerous areas where users will be able to "plug" the unit in for immediate use and creation of electricity and optional vacuum and fluid pressure utilization.
The unit specification sheets as supplied to users specify a unit with much lower flows than that of compared turbines. The flow which powers the unit at 65 p.s.i. creates well in excess of the 37 horsepower required, actually producing over 60 horsepower, at approximately 80-120 r.p.m. which is well below that of any significant material stress the unit will face as actually built. With a unit that uses between one and two thousand gallons per minute in a multitude of settings, where the users have defined the uses to IHDR, through a multitude of user studies, the application placements are enormous.
Used in the natural flow areas of dams, water pipelines, streams and rivers, along with the multiple uses in industrial flows in wood-pulp, chemical, lumber, mining, textile, steel production, oil refining, utility plants, cooling systems in all such uses, and other uses defined by our end potential users, the multiple uses of the system extend over tens of thousands of placements. The flows as shown available from these users mean that the applications of the EC V will be so numerous that the identified uses by end users under contract and letter of intent will fill out the first year's targeted placement. With over 500 units projected and targeted in the first year of production for U.S. use, the domestic market will mean an ongoing production and entry of a solid energy unit without competition using the positive displacement system. Each unit, at a projected cost of $7,500 per unit, will have a five to seven year life, where changeout of the system will mean a down time planned at less than thirty minutes for the complete unit changeout, the EC V unit that will be able to use its reporting system to monitor maintenance requirements as well as unit production via a satellite reporting system to IHDR.
IHDR is presently making the decision as to the domestic manufacturing partner it may choose for U.S. production. Unit production in Canada and Mexico are also being explored, as well as the interplay with the WESCO CAVD process for placement of the units. IHDR will post to its web site in the near future a clear product explanation for questions concerning its technology and the differences between it and the inferior turbine systems on the market.
The corporate philosophy of IHDR is to have impactful dividends from its EC operations shared with its shareholders. With combined revenue from the 1100 EC units from both the EU and the U.S. after one year of operations, the combined available revenue to IHDR is projected to be $23,450,000. Additionally, IHDR is and will entertain distributor and licensing arrangements for negotiated fees as set by management in the near future for areas of North and South America as well as Asia.
