INDIANAPOLIS, May 16, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Starting May 25, ATA Airlines will offer a second nonstop flight between Los Angeles and Honolulu (except Tuesday and Wednesday). On July 17, the airline is also adding a fifth daily nonstop flight between Dallas/Ft. Worth (DFW) and Chicago-Midway (MDW) (except Saturdays). The new flights will be operated on ATA's comfortable and spacious Boeing 737 aircraft with all-leather seating. These additions come just in time for the busy summer season when customers are typically pressed to find affordable and convenient travel options.
Low Fares
To celebrate the flight additions, ATA offers its customers low fares between Los Angeles and Honolulu from as low as $199 (see Note) (off-peak, each way based on a 21-day advance round-trip purchase in coach class on ata.com). Low fares between Chicago-Midway and Dallas/Ft. Worth are being offered from as low as $59 (see Note) (off-peak, each way based on a 21-day advance round- trip purchase in coach class on ata.com).
Meeting Increased Customer Demand
ATA's flight additions follow the successful launch of a significant service expansion between the West Coast and Hawaii, as well as between cities in Texas and business destinations on the East Coast.
