OXFORD, Miss., May 22, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Energy Vision International (Pink Sheets:EGVI), a rapidly growing diversified energy company, announces its subsidiary Energy Vision International, UK has been awarded its first contract in Southern England.
The residential property is undergoing extensive refurbishment and modernization including the replacement of its oil-fired heating system. A new wing is under construction to double the area to 6,000sq ft. A DeMarco Energy Miser geothermal system will be installed along with Polyurethane foam insulation in the roof space.
The directors of EVI UK has awarded the foam sprayed insulation contract to a UK based company, Renotherm Ltd. (www.renotherm.co.uk) EVI UK will earn additional profit through this arrangement and similar future alliances with other suppliers of energy related products. The recent 2006 'Approved Document Part L' of the UK building regulations includes strict criteria for heat loss in new buildings. All new housing and commercial developments will undergo vacuum testing in all areas to ensure heat loss emissions are within defined limits before a license is granted. Spray Foam insulation is the most effective way to prevent heat loss emission. EVI UK expects to see revenues increase quite rapidly through this division of their business.
