Semotus Solutions Expands Global Business Development Platform With New Channel Sales Initiative


LOS GATOS, Calif., June 20, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Semotus Solutions (AMEX:DLK), an innovative leader of software solutions for enterprise mobility, today announced the expansion of its sales organization with a dedicated and enhanced channel sales initiative. The channel sales initiative is designed to mobilize and support a best-of-breed global network of solutions providers to collaboratively market Semotus' proprietary enterprise mobility products and solutions to customers worldwide. Further, the initiative is aimed at providing added support for existing partners and attracting new channel partners to bring Semotus' solutions to markets not currently served by its direct sales team. Semotus has retained the services of qualified management and hired sales personnel to accomplish this goal.

Semotus believes that the investment in this new channel sales initiative will help to enhance revenues and promote greater market penetration of its products and solutions.
