CED Entertainment Announces July 25th Distribution Date for New Joyce Sims Project - 'A New Beginning'

COLUMBIA, Md., June 21, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- CED Entertainment, a subsidiary of Beere Financial Group (Pink Sheets:BRFG), announced July 25th as the retail distribution date for R&B / Dance Diva Joyce Sims' new album.

Ms. Sims, who has had such hits as "All and All "and "Come In To My Life," signed a distribution deal with CED Entertainment earlier this year through her own label, Vessel Entertainment. CED has already released the digital version of the album through Sony Red.

The retail album release has 14 tracks, including 2 bonus tracks -- Joyce's remake version of the famed song "What The World Needs Now" and a special track she produced titled "Save The Children" which addresses the abuse and murdering of children.

The album also includes 4 remixes by world-renowned producer Junior Vasquez. "Junior has produced 4 tracks and as usual the tracks are slammin', but what else, it is Junior Vasquez," states Joyce Sims. "I am extremely excited about this album as I have worked on it for almost 2 years and I have produced what I think is an album that not only will please my fan base, but mainstream radio will enjoy as well. The complete information with regard to the album is available at www.JoyceSims.com," states Joyce Sims.

"CED has been waiting for the release of Joyce's album and we are getting behind her project 100% and are very confident that this album will do extremely well. Radio has been very kind to Joyce in the past, and we expect that to continue and that this release, along with our other summer releases, will increase our revenues significantly," states Steve Lane President and CEO of CED Entertainment.

Ms. Sims is expected to announce her international tour schedule for Summer and Fall shortly.
