The Annual General Meeting of Private Equity Holding AG held today in Zug was attended by 17 shareholders representing 2,499,804 registered shares or 55.55% of the total share capital.
Mr. Stuart D. Frankel, member of the Board of Directors since 2001, tendered his resignation from the Board of Private Equity Holding AG for personal reasons. The Board of Directors thanked Stuart D. Frankel for his valuable contribution to the company. Mr. Daniel Sauter was re-elected to the Board of Directors for a further term of one year.
All proposals of the Board of Directors were approved by the shareholders.
