A "Slightly Overbought" stock is one that I think will probably move lower, yet the downtrend should be minimal at this point. If you hold the stock and are hoping for a move higher, a "Slightly Overbought" could be good news.
The "Slightly Overbought" rating is tricky, though. There are mixed signals that at once show the stock is going lower still, but could stop the drop anytime. It's a signal that says, "Be ready for a change of character."
My least favorite rating is the "Slightly Overbought" or "Slightly Oversold."
