(AMEX:PAM), a global freight forwarding/logistics services company delivering goods primarily through the air and sea gateways of Asia and the United States, today announced record sales across all three of its operating divisions for July and August of 2006,compared to the same period 2005.
Paradigm Global Logistics reported a substantial increase of 57%, Hong Kong followed up with a 36% increase and Airgate International Corp., our largest operating unit, delivered an increase of 27%.
"We are extremely pleased with these results," said Alfred Lam, Pacific CMA's Chairman and CEO. "Our sales and marketing departments have been aggressively pursuing new customers while continuing to provide superior service to existing customers with excellent results."
Pacific CMA's President, Scott Turner, commented, "All divisions have also been directed to examine G&A expenses, looking for ways to hold or reduce costs not critical to continued growth."
