BENEFIT v5 is ISD's latest version of its successful BENEFIT system, which is a Windows-based solution built around two core modules, Service and Marketing. These modules enable optimum internal efficiency through extensive case management and tracking capabilities, and enhance effective marketing management and communications. The company plans to begin global marketing of BENEFIT v5 in the final quarter of 2006.
