PHILADELPHIA, PA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 2, 2006 -- Resource America, Inc. (NASDAQ : REXI )
(the "Company") announces that its Board of Directors has authorized the
payment of a cash dividend on November 30, 2006 in the amount of six cents
per share of the Company's common stock to all holders of record at the
close of business on November 16, 2006.
The Company has issued a cash dividend for forty-six consecutive quarters.
Currently, the Company has approximately 17.3 million shares of common
stock outstanding.
