Ms. Morris brings 25 years of experience to the firm as an attorney in private practice and as in-house corporate counsel to national financial services firms.
Prior to joining J.G. Wentworth, Ms. Morris was Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Fleet Credit Card Services, the $14 billion credit card subsidiary of Fleet Boston Financial, which was acquired by Bank of America. Prior, she was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Advanta Corp., a specialty finance company. Earlier in her career, Ms. Morris was an attorney with Drinker Biddle, and Dewey Ballantine where she focused on corporate and securities matters.
