XsunX Invited Guest Participant At Principal Voices Alternative Energy Roundtable

CNN, FORTUNE and TIME Magazines to Host

ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Nov. 27, 2006 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- XsunX, Inc. (OTCBB:XSNX), developer of advanced manufacturing systems and cell structures for solar energy, has been invited to participate in an alternative energy roundtable discussion known as Principal Voices December 5 in San Francisco, CA. The event is aimed at stimulating discussion on some of the major challenges facing the world today, including environment, economic development, urbanization, and the collaborative corporation.

Tom Djokovich, CEO of XsunX, accepted the invitation to specifically participate in the alternative energy roundtable.

The featured presenters in this roundtable are Ms. Wangari Maathai, who won a Nobel Peace Prize in 2004 for her work on environment, sustainable development and human rights; Mr. Amory Lovins, alternative energy expert and co-founded the Rocky Mountain Institute, one of the world's leading research and education organizations on energy and resource use; and, Mr. David Hales, president of the College of the Atlantic, a U.S. college known for its ecologically-centered approach.

It is anticipated that discussion in this roundtable will include the latest developments in the alternative energy sector, the growing funding environment for new energy sources and the general implications for a sustainable energy future.

"We welcome the opportunity to discuss alternative energy, especially solar power and the tremendous innovation thin film photovoltaics will afford our future," Djokovich said. "With unprecedented global growth in the demand for electricity, limiting supplies of conventional fuels, and homeland security concerns, looking to the sun for affordable, sustainable and safe power has never been more important."

XsunX is committed to participating in forums such as Principal Voice that highlight the benefits of alternative energies and showcase the firm's advanced solar technologies and equipment.

"By participating in globally-recognized events such as Principal Voices, we hope to highlight not only on solar energy, but viable thin film photovoltaics that we feel will drive the future of power," said Djokovich.

Principal Voices events have been held in London, and after next week's event in San Francisco, will be held in New Delhi and Sydney, finishing in 2007. Findings and white papers from all events are expected to be posted online at www.principalvoices.com for global comment.
