SAN DIEGO, Dec. 5, 2006 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- The board of directors of Sempra Energy (NYSE:SRE) today declared a quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share of common stock. The current dividend is payable Jan. 15, 2007, to shareholders of record on Dec. 21, 2006.
