HRN is the only terrestrial radio station in the U.S. that broadcasts health, wellness, and fitness content exclusively for weekend programming. HRN is currently broadcast in Chicago (2 stations), Boston, Syracuse, and Huntsville, Alabama markets, comprising a total listening audience of approximately 4.5 million. The "Honey, trust me on this..." weekly talk show is entering its third month of streaming over Modavox.com on the Health and Wellness channel of VoiceAmerica every Friday at 11 a.m. PST.
