On January 10, 2007 Andris Bērziņs, Deputy Chairman of JSC “Lode” Supervisory Board, 
submitted a resignation letter, due to his appointment to JSC “Latvenergo” Supervisory Board.

New Supervisory Board elections to be announced later.
