(Nasdaq:NWRE), the leading supplier of thin client software and devices, today announced that on January 15, 2007, Michael Kantrowitz's position as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Neoware, Inc. terminated pursuant to the terms of his Termination and Service Agreement with the Company, which was previously filed as an exhibit to the Company's Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2006. Also effective on January 15, 2007, Mr. Kantrowitz resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company.
