Quantum Energy Partners Announces the Addition of David L. Bole to the Firm

Bole has joined the firm as a Managing Director. He will join the firm's efforts in business development, investment sourcing and the due diligence of Quantum's potential portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Quantum, he had been President of SouthView Energy LP. He was a Managing Director of Randall & Dewey, a division of Jefferies & Company, Inc., from 1996 to mid-2005. He brings more than 25 years experience in upstream transactions through senior executive roles with Alexander Energy (Chief Financial Officer), Edwards & Leach Oil Company (President), Equitable Resources Energy Company (Vice President, Corporate Development), and Merrill Lynch & Company (National Product Manager for Oil and Gas Investments).

David is an active participant in the leadership of the Independent Petroleum Association of America and other industry organizations and has served as IPAA Regional Director, Executive Committee member and Chairman of the annual IPAA Wildcatters Ball. He currently serves as Chairman of the IPAA Membership Committee. David is a recipient of the IPAA Leadership Award and also serves on the host committee for the Texas Alliance Houston Wildcatters. He began his career with an ExxonMobil predecessor company and holds a B.B.A. degree in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Oklahoma where he has served on its Sarkeys Energy Center Board of Directors as an active supporter of the Energy Management program in the Price College of Business.
