Ms. Capps currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DJO Incorporated (NYSE: DJO), a medical device company specializing in rehabilitation and regeneration products for the non-operative orthopedic and spine markets.

Prior to Maxwell, Ms. Capps held various positions, including Chief Financial Officer of Wavetek Wandel Goltermann, Inc.
