In a meeting held today, 17 May 2007, the supervisory board of Saku Õlletehase AS resolved to appoint the company's Chief Financial Officer Inga Kuusik Member of the Management Board of Saku Õlletehase AS. Inga Kuusik has been the Chief Financial Officer of Saku Õlletehase AS since 19 February 2007. Recent work experience of Inga Kuusik: 2003 - 2007 Reemtsma Kyrgyzstan OJSC, Imperial Tobacco Group, Finance and HR Director 1999 - 2003 Tobaccoland Eesti AS, Gallaher Eesti OÜ, Finance Director and Procurator 1996 - 1998 Procter & Gamble Marketing Latvia, Accounting Manager Inga Kuusik does not own shares in Saku Õlletehase AS. In addition, Member of the Supervisory Board Genovaite Ravinskiene has submitted to the supervisory board a request for early resignation. In connection with this the supervisory board is calling an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders on 14 June 2007.
