Five Students Named Winners of Business School Scholarship Competition

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 22, 2007 -- Five students were selected as winners of the Beat The GMAT 2007 competition (www.beatthegmat.com), and awarded scholarship packages. Winners include Fernando Cesar Menezes Assuncao of Brazil and Rajen Patel, Danielle Iskrzak, Jessica Carrie Berg and Matt Coakley all of the United States. Sponsored by Stacy Blackman Consulting (www.stacyblackman.com) and ManhattanGMAT (www.manhattangmat.com), the Beat The GMAT competition is designed to provide business school candidates with assistance to help them achieve their full potential on the GMAT and in the business school application process.

The five winners for the Beat the GMAT Scholarship competition are:

--  First prize was awarded to 30-year-old Fernando Cesar Menezes Assuncao
    of Pompeu, Brazil.  The prize ($2,640 value) includes GMAT registration
    ($250 cash), one full ManhattanGMAT course, 4-hour consultation with Stacy
    Blackman (business school admissions consultant).
    
--  Second prize was awarded to 21-year-old Rajen Patel of Iselin, NJ. The
    prize valued at $1,790, includes GMAT registration subsidy ($150), one full
    ManhattanGMAT course, 1-hour consultation with Stacy Blackman.
    
--  Third prize was awarded to 31-year-old Danielle Lyn Iskrzak of
    Poughkeepsie, NY. A native of Hartford, Conn., Danielle receives a prize
    valued at $1,690 that includes GMAT registration subsidy ($50 cash); one
    full ManhattanGMAT course; 1-hour consultation with Stacy Blackman.
    
--  Fourth prize awarded to 26-year-old Jessica Carrie Berg of New York
    City.  A native of Detroit, Michigan, Jessica received a prize valued at
    $1,440, including GMAT registration subsidy ($50 cash), one full
    ManhattanGMAT course
    
--  Fifth prize was awarded to 27-year-old Matthew Robert Coakley of
    Bristow, VA.  A native of Fort Carson, CO, Matt's prize valued at $1,390,
    includes one full ManhattanGMAT course
    

To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must have completed college or be in their final year of college and plan to attend business school within two years.
