The Russian competition authorities have approved the acquisition of ZAO Giprobum Engineering in Russia. The acquisition has been completed and becomes effective immediately. Pöyry will consolidate the result and balance sheet of Giprobum Engineering as of July 1, 2007. The company will onwards operate under the name ZAO Giprobum-Pöyry.
