We can inform you that the outstanding authority approvals are now in place and that Nilfisk-Advance has therefore acquired Viper with effect from 1 August 2007. Viper will be an independent business entity within the Nilfisk-Advance organisation under the management of the existing Chinese Chief Executive who in future will also assume sales responsibility for “Greater China”, which includes Hong Kong and Taiwan. Viper's operations in North America will continue to be administered from the existing distribution centre in Michigan.
