THRANE & THRANE ANNOUNCES THE COMPLETION OF ITS SALE OF THE DISTRIBUTION COMPANY ESL

On 14 August 2007, Thrane & Thrane announced that the company had signed an
agreement to sell the distribution company European Satellite Link GmbH (ESL)
to the company ESL Holding Aps, represented by two previous Thrane & Thrane
employees. 

Thrane & Thrane has now completed the sale of ESL to ESL Holding Aps.
