Mr. Fisher, who has 27 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, was most recently the President and Director of Peace Oil Corp. Prior to Peace Oil Corp., Mr. Fisher held senior management positions at a variety of energy companies including Kaduna Energy Ltd., Longbow Energy Corp, Trident Exploration, Atrium Energy Inc, OMV (Canada) Ltd. and BP Resource Canada Limited.
