Indutrade acquires service company

Indutrade today purchased all of the shares in MWS Ventil Service AB, in Motala,
Sweden, with annual sales of approximately SEK 24 million.

MWS is one of Sweden's most modern and comprehensive workshops for valve
maintenance and service. The company performs service and maintenance on all
types of valves and actuators, and is also engaged in the sale and manufacture
of spare parts. Operations are conducted on-site at customers or in the
company's own facilities. Customers are in the pulp & paper, power,
petrochemical, pharmaceutical and other heavy industries.

Organisationally, MWS will belong to the Flow Technology business area, which
had net sales of SEK 1,073 million in 2006.

The acquisition of MWS, which is Indutrade's ninth this year, is expected to
have a marginally positive effect on Indutrade's earnings per share. The
companies acquired during the year to date have combined annual sales of
approximately SEK 439 million.
