KANSAS CITY, Mo., Sept. 24, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Alternative Energy Sources Inc. (OTCBB:AENS) announced today that it has become aware of a filing error related to the company's Securities and Exchange Commission filings.
A company named Alternate Energy Corp. today filed a Form 10QSB/A. Due to what AENS presently believes was an error by its financial printer, the filing is included with other SEC filings of AENS rather than with the Alternate Energy Corp. SEC filings.
AENS is working with the SEC to have the mistaken filing removed. In the interim, the company emphasizes that the mistaken filing, and the disclosures therein, relate to and were made by Alternate Energy Corp., not by AENS.
