About planned changes in IJSC „Baltikums Asset Management” Board (project)

According to the conditions of the Riga Stock Exchange "On Listing and Trading
of Financial Instruments on the Market Regulated by the Exchange" paragraph
14.1.1, IJSC „Baltikums Asset Management” informs about the changes in the
Board. 

It is planned to appoint Normunds Shuksts to a member of the Board instead of
Pavels Komarovs. IJSC „Baltikums Asset Management” new member of the Board will
take up its position after the registration in The Financial and Capital Market
Commission.
