2007 3G CDMA North America Regional Conference to Take Place October 8-10 in San Diego

 WHAT:    Hosted by the CDMA Development Group (CDG) (www.cdg.org),
          the 2007 3G CDMA North America Regional Conference will
          provide a venue for sharing current progress and successes
          with CDMA2000(R) 1xEV-DO Rel. 0 and Rev. A and for exploring
          future opportunities with next generation mobile broadband
          solutions.

          Leading operators will discuss how they are expanding their
          portfolio of revenue-generating broadband services to
          strengthen their return on investment and what their key
          priorities are for the next generation of broadband
          technologies. Equipment suppliers will explore the evolution
          of CDMA2000 technologies, networks and devices to optimally
          serve the carrier community, and content developers and
          providers will share their perspective on the future demand
          for and landscape of mobile services and content.

          A one-day workshop will explore business opportunities with
          AWS (Advanced Wireless Services) and 700 MHz. A half-day
          training class offered by CDMA University will provide an
          overview of 1xEV-DO concepts for business professionals.

          In addition to the conference sessions, opportunities to
          meet and network with other industry executives will be
          available at coffee breaks, lunches and a cocktail reception
          on the evening of Wednesday, October 10.

 WHO:     The CDMA Development Group is a trade association formed to
          foster the worldwide development, implementation and use of
          CDMA technologies. The more than 130 member companies of the
          CDG include many of the world's largest wireless carriers
          and equipment manufacturers. The primary activities of the
          CDG include development of CDMA features and services,
          public relations, education and seminars, regulatory affairs
          and international support. Currently, there are more than
          500 individuals working within various CDG subcommittees on
          CDMA-related matters.
