(Pink Sheets:SHSO) (the "Company"), a provider of weight management programs, announced that, at a Special Meeting held on October 5, 2007, a majority of its Stockholders approved an Agreement and Plan of Merger pursuant to which its predecessor -- iVOW, Inc. (Pink Sheets:IVOW), a Delaware corporation -- merged with and into a newly-formed Nevada corporation for the purpose of reincorporating the Company in Nevada and changing its name. In connection with the merger, iVOW, Inc. security holders exchanged their common stock and warrants for securities of the Nevada corporation.
As a result of the reincorporation, the Company will now be known as Sound Health Solutions and its stock will be traded on the over-the-counter market ("Pink Sheets") under the symbol SHSO, effective Monday, October 29, 2007. The Pink Sheets is the leading provider of pricing and financial information for the over-the-counter securities markets.
