Raise of loan DKK 50 million as supplementary capital and early repayment of loan DKK 25 million as supplementary capital

Today Ringkjøbing Bank has raised loan on DKK 50 million as supplementary       
capital. The loan is floating-rated and has a term of 8 years with possibility  
of early repayment after 5 years on the assumption of permission from the Danish
Financial Supervisory Authority. The loan is due for repayment as at 31 October 
2015.                                                                           

The loan is raised as replacement for loan on DKK 25 million as supplementary   
capital which is repaid today with permission from the Danish Financial         
Supervisory Authority.
