Election of Member of AB Mazeikiu Nafta Board of Directors

AB Mazeikiu Nafta (“the Company“) announces that on November 13, 2007, AB
Mazeikiu Nafta Supervisory Council elected Mr. Waldemar Maj, Vice-President of
the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of PKN ORLEN S.A., the
Company‘s main shareholder, as a member of AB Mazeikiu Nafta Board of Directors
for the period of the acting Board of Directors.
