Notification acquisition (disposal) of a block of shares

On November 20, 2007 Vilniaus Vingis AB received the notification about         
acquisition of a block of shares from Finasta FMI and On November 21, 2007 the 
notification about disposal of a block of shares from Finasta FMI.
