Asia Properties Receives Promissory Note for $10 Million Sale


BELLINGHAM, Wash. and HONG KONG, Nov. 29, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Asia Properties, Inc. (API) (Pink Sheets: ASPZ) announced today that it has sold assets for USD ten million.

Asia Properties, Inc. has received a promissory note from Microart Inc. This is to confirm the sale of two million shares of Entellium Corporation, a Delaware corporation, to Microart Inc. (Pink Sheets: MCRT) for a total consideration of USD 10 million. This note is to be paid in cash within 30 days.
