ContextWeb to Add Capability for Content-Targeted Text Ads


NEW YORK, Dec. 5, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- ContextWeb, Inc. announced today it will offer text-based advertisements on its ADSDAQ(tm) advertising exchange in 2008, expanding its current offering from contextually-targeted graphical and rich media advertisements.

Advertisers will be able to contextually target over 350 categories (http://exchange.contextweb.com/buyingdesk/pdf/categories.pdf) on the ADSDAQ exchange with the text ad format. Many ad agencies, search engine marketing firms and direct advertisers are accustomed to placing such ads on Google AdSense and Yahoo! Publisher Network via the Google AdWords and Yahoo Search Marketing programs.
