AS "PrivatBank"  informs that in accordance with the prospect regulations of
the issued 02/EUR series mortgages bonds, as of 7 December 2007, the annual
percentage rate of the mortgage bonds (ISIN code LV0000800381) was set at 6.5%
for the percentage period from 15 December 2007 to 15 June 2008.
