Ltd., Chicago, is pleased to announce that David E. Mack has joined the
company as a Managing Director in the company's Chicago office.

Mack has extensive experience in working with management and boards of
directors at financially distressed organizations, helping them achieve
successful outcomes and meet the needs of both shareholders and creditors.
His diverse background includes working as an operating executive, a
financial executive and an investment banker, serving both as a turnaround
professional and a financial adviser.
During his successful restructuring experience, Mack's roles have included
CEO, president, CFO, chief restructuring officer and special adviser and
consultant to the board of directors. His clients have included Arkay
Plastics, Quest Industries, Farm Fresh Catfish, Metro Financial Services,
Salerno Cookie, Totally Organized Stores, Poter Construction and
Development, Wisconsin Tool & Stamping and MacCal Management Inc.
Before joining MorrisAnderson & Associates, Mack was a senior managing
director with Mesirow Financial Consulting and a managing partner of White
Oak Group. He previously founded Mack Resources, a private investment
firm, and was president and chief operating officer at LPI Corporation, a
Michigan office furniture and automotive supplier. He also has been
director of new business development and corporate controller at Allnet
Communications Services Inc., a $400 million public telecommunications
company, and was manager, corporate finance at GTE Corporation.
A certified turnaround professional, Mack is a recent past president of the
Chicago/Midwest Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and a
director of the Association's International Board. He holds a bachelor's
degree in mathematics and economics from Ohio Wesleyan University and a
master's degree in finance from New York University Graduate School of
Business.
