MorrisAnderson Promotes Sidney Lambersky to Vice President of Operations and Strategic Development

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - January 16, 2008) - MorrisAnderson & Associates,
Ltd., Chicago, is pleased to announce that Sidney Lambersky has been
promoted to the position of Vice President of Operations and Strategic
Development, effective January 1, 2008.

in June 2006, Sid has been a tremendous asset in helping us with business

Lambersky has extensive experience in growing businesses, business
development, marketing, and asset acquisition and disposition. He brings
more than three decades of retail, marketing and financial expertise to his
position with MorrisAnderson where, along with his new responsibilities, he
will continue to help MorrisAnderson with business development in key
markets.
Prior to joining MorrisAnderson, Lambersky was a Vice President of Big Lots
Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of Big Lots, Inc., a Fortune 500 retail
corporation. Prior to that he was a Vice President for the Hilco
Organization. His experience also includes executive and leadership
positions with Pizza Hut, Quality Records and Pepsi-Cola. Sid started his
career with Thorne Riddell, which subsequently became KPMG.
A chartered accountant, Lambersky holds both an undergraduate degree and a
master's of business administration from York University. He is a member of
the Board of Directors of the Chicago/Midwest Chapter of the Turnaround
Management Association and the Commercial Finance Association's Board of
Directors of the Education Foundation. He is also a member of the American
Bankruptcy Institute and the Association for Corporate Growth.
