Cold Jet, LLC and Phoenix Unlimited Have Resolved Their Patent Infringement Lawsuit

CINCINNATI, OH--(Marketwire - January 16, 2008) - Cold Jet, LLC, the global leader in dry ice blast cleaning and production technology, sued Phoenix Unlimited for patent infringement in 2005.

Cold Jet, LLC and Phoenix Unlimited have resolved that lawsuit as of September 20, 2007.

Although details of the resolution are confidential, Cold Jet's CEO, Gene Cooke, said, "Cold Jet is satisfied that our patent and intellectual property rights have been protected, and we remain committed to the protection of these same rights in other cases when and should the need arise."
