CHICO, CA--(Marketwire - February 19, 2008) - AmeraMex International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS : AMMX ),
a provider of heavy equipment to shipping, construction, logging and mining
companies, today announced it has received a $65,000 order from an Egyptian
heavy equipment broker for refurbished graders used in infrastructure
projects. The equipment is expected to ship before the end of February.
"We are developing a strong international network of heavy equipment
brokers as outlets for our refurbished equipment," commented AmeraMex
President and CEO Lee Hamre. "Due to the downturn in the construction
industry, we often have the opportunity to acquire at significantly reduced
prices used heavy equipment that is in excellent condition. Our
international network of brokers receives a considerable number of
inquiries for refurbished heavy equipment for use in infrastructure
projects. Our strategy is to continue the expansion of our network, which
will allow us to build distribution channels in countries that are in need
of high quality equipment used in heavy construction, shipping, mining and
logging."
