| Quelle: SyncLive
JACKSONVILLE BEACH, FL--(Marketwire - February 22, 2008) - Luthier PR - SyncLive.com™, the world's first
free online live music community, has announced a series of events where
unsigned musicians can showcase their talents to music industry
professionals.
The first live event in this groundbreaking SyncLive.com series will take place on
Wednesday, February 27, beginning at 9 PM EST. Each artist will get
immediate feedback from the music industry panel through the site's live
chat feature, along with detailed critiques via email. Panel members
include Eric "Vietnam" Sadler, a producer who has worked with artists as
diverse as Public Enemy, Ice Cube, LL Cool J, The Red Hot Chili Peppers,
Madonna, The Neville Brothers, Philip Glass, Chaka Khan, Janet Jackson and
Ziggy Marley; Joey Elwood, CEO of Gotee records, whose acts include Relient
K, Out of Eden and Family Force Five; plus Judd White, tour manager for
such artists as Creed, Guns N' Roses, Metallica, Eminem and Janet Jackson.
"We're thrilled to be able to offer this artist showcase series for
musicians," said founder Aric Berquist, a musician himself. "It's a perfect
manifestation of what this site means for musicians -- a chance to expose
your talent, further your career and reach your dreams."
Response from unsigned musicians to the February 27 showcase has been so
overwhelming that SyncLive.com has
added two more dates -- March 13 and March 27. Each live music event can
accommodate six acts, and SyncLive.com anticipates that it will
schedule more opportunities for unsigned musicians to showcase their
talents before industry professionals all throughout the year.
