EnerBrite Technologies Group, Inc. Appoints SEC Counsel to Represent Company


LAS VEGAS, Feb. 28, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- EnerBrite Technologies Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ETGU) is pleased to announce that the Company has appointed Kimberly L. Graus, P.A., as its SEC Counsel. A licensed member of the Florida and Virginia bars, Ms. Graus concentrates her practice in small business representation before the SEC and commercial transactions and has extensive in-house counsel and banking experience.

A graduate of Virginia's George Mason University School of Law in 1987, Ms. Graus also holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. In October 2004, she joined Harrison, Hendrickson & Kirkland, P.A., in Manatee County, Florida, where she acted as lead counsel on numerous multi-million dollar commercial transactions. Prior to this position, she maintained her own legal practice for several years in South Florida. She also has significant in-house corporate experience, having served as General Counsel of SMG Property Management, Inc. and as associate counsel for a number of financial institutions such as First American Metro Corp. Inc., and MNC Financial, Inc. Since the summer of 2006, Ms. Graus has maintained her own private practice in Bradenton, Florida.
