Report from the Extraordinary General Meeting in Gant

At today's Extraordinary General Meeting in Gant Company AB, the
following decisions were made.

Number of Board members
The meeting resolved that the Board should be expanded and consist of
seven members and no deputies.

New Board members
The meeting adopted the Board's proposition and elected Didier Maus,
Chairman of the board of Maus Frères S.A, and Guy Latourrette,
Executive Director of Maus Frères International S.A., to new Board
members. The Board thereafter consists of Lennart Björk, Chairman,
Mair Barnes, Jean Cailliau, Sven-Åke Henningsson, Guy Latourrette,
Didier Maus and Charlotte Strömberg.
