- Moody's Changes Housing Financing Fund's Outlook to Negative

On March 5, 2008, Moody's Investors Service changed the outlook on the Aaa
issuer rating and local currency ratings of Housing Financing Fund (“HFF”) to
negative from stable. 

The outlook change reflects the corresponding change in outlook in the ratings
on the Republic of Iceland.
