according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares the Voting
Rights of Dodge & Cox International Stock Fund, San Francisco, USA on
Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006231004, WKN:
623100, have exceeded the 10% limit of the Voting Rights on March 07, 2008 
and now amount to 10.03% (this corresponds to 75227800 Voting Rights).

On March 11, 2008 , Dodge & Cox, San Francisco, USA has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0006231004, WKN: 623100, have exceeded the 10% limit of the Voting Rights
on March 07, 2008  and now amount to 10.03% (this corresponds to 75227800
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 10.03%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 75227800 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Dodge & Cox International Stock Fund, which
holds directly more than 10 % on Infineon Technologies AG (10.03 % ).
